  Booked into Onyx for a Spray tan. Sat in the waiting room with a Pomeranian dog that was peeing on the carpet and the staff didnt come and clean it up. Waited 30 minutes for my appointment for a spray tan. The lady Helen was very quick and seemed quite cold and unfriendly.a very uncomfortable appointment. The spray tan did not develop at all and i was left with some streaks down my legs. I rang the salon the next morning and left a message that i would like a refund of $45 as the tan had not developed and I was now on my way to Body bronze to get redone. I received a return phone call from Helen who began screaming at me saying, "how dare you leave such a message on my phone. You are so rude. i asked for a refund to which she said yes. I then said i would come down now. She screamed, "no I have customers so you cant. I never want to see your fucking face again" I went down there with a friend and she began being rude again saying that i had bought backup to have a go at her. My friend who was my lift just stood calmly there and didnt say anything. She then started to try and blame me for the tan not working saying I was agitated...not sure what that has to do with chemicals going on my skin. once I had my $45 in my hand I was out of there. Helen actually called down the stairs as I was leaving, "Youll go far in life". I felt like I was in a school yard with a mean girl in front of me. Never again will i go near this place. Very unprofessional.
